Sub Processor
CreateSend exercises due diligence when selecting a sub processor.
We evaluate the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of our sub-processor that will or may have access to or process client data. We shall ensure that any sub-processors will be obliged to protect the Personal Data supplied by you to the same standard provided for in this Agreement and to the extent applicable in respect of the nature of the services provided by such sub-processor.
